Her professional background includes business and market research, procedural and instructional materials, publishing and editorial management, communications, media production, project coordination, strategic decision-making, and public speaking.

Her experience allows her to approach organizational challenges from both a practical business perspective and a social-science lens.

Janis holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Sociology and an Executive MBA from Howard University. Her interdisciplinary background shapes the company's focus on people, organizations, behavior, strategy, and measurable outcomes.
